The evidence that the work of JKSMS is a step in the right direction became apparent on the 25th of January 2007. Honorable Minister of Tourism of the Government of India (GOI) Ms. Ambika Soni presented the award for the Best Tourism Promoting NGO to Mr. Kamal Kishor, secretary of JKSMS. We take this award as an encouragement to keep going!
